March is National Nutrition Month

 Students have been celebrating National Nutrition Month with Eat the Rainbow in our classroom. It is great to see the kids enjoying fruits and vegetables as part of a nutritious lunch and snack.

Another way to help kids develop healthy habits is to involve them in the kitchen. Below is a link to one of my favourite websites. It is packed with resources and recipes that your kids will love. Over the weekend, invite your child into the kitchen and spend some quality time cooking together!
