Important Reminder: Last week, students brought home "family interview" questions about their family history. Some students have still not completed their interview. Please complete them tonight and bring them back to school tomorrow so that all students can get started on their collage. In order to personalize their collage, students may want to include family photos. These photos will be well taken care of, and included in a wonderful project that will be sent home at the end of the month. :) Mrs. Rowein
Happy Monday! Its another busy week full of new learning. Here are a few things parents will need to support their children with: 1. Science- your student has been asked to collect trash (can be recyclable items or not) to bring to school for a project on Friday. Please make sure anything they are collecting is clean and safe to handle. 2. Health- Grade fours brought home a short and simple interview to help start conversation around changes during puberty. 3. Social Studies- All students brought home interview questions to examine their own family's experiences with immigration. This information will be very important to students, as it is the basis for their next big Social Studies project. Please answer the questions in detail with your child and send them back to school by Friday April 16. :) Mrs. Rowein

It did teach us a lesson in patience and the importance of strong materials when building! Our most recent Social Studies unit is wrapping up as well. Today, students completed a writing assessment where they answered our "Big Question" for the unit in paragraph form. Now, we are creat...
