They are imagining that their novel is going to be transformed into a movie. They will be writing a review, and creating a movie poster to go along with it. Our writing focus will be on rhyming words, pattern books and poetry. In Math, grade three is perfecting their skills in skip counting as an early multiplication strategy. On Wednesday, they will be assessed on their ability to count by 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, and 10s. In Science, we continue our learning about Hearing and Sound. This week, we will be learning more details on how the human ear works, and comparing our hearing with some pretty impressive animal senses! We started a new unit in Phys. Ed. Students will be learning beginner basketb...
